Mike Callaghan is a Senior Account Consultant with Encompass: Dental Practice Transitions. In this role, Mike specializes in dental practice sales and acquisitions, including business valuations and guiding clients through aspects of financial and legal services to better assist with the transition. Malcolm Bennett, Jr.

Malcolm Bennett, Jr. is a Consultant with Ecompass Dental Transitions. He is an Army Veteran that has served tours in Iraq and Germany. Malcolm specializes in buying, selling and finding dental practices. He has a deep passion for people and is able to connect immediately. He feels the Doctor and his team must work together to have a successful practice.

Christy Baldwin

Christy Baldwin is a native of North Carolina, where she currently resides with her family in Raleigh. Christy is very passionate about education and dentistry, having over 18 years in the dental field. She has pursued degrees in Dentistry, Psychology, Human Resource Management & Public Administration from Campbell University, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Meredith College, as well as Central Michigan University.

She is one of the founding board members of the Triangle AADOM chapter and regularly gives back to the community by volunteering and teaching. She enjoys walking, reading and spending time with her family. With her commitment to staying active in dentistry, she completes many hours of continuing education in dentistry each year and stays current on dental publications and forums.
